Congratulations to Mills Shirley Managing Partner Fred Raschke, who was picked by the Galveston Community College District Board of Regents to fill the unexpired term of position 2, formerly held by Barbara Crews. He was selected from among 18 candidates who expressed an interest in the position, and will be sworn in at the next regular Board meeting on June 12, 2013.
