Sarah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida where she majored in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. After working as an Engineer for the Suwannee River Water Management District, Sarah obtained her law degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. While in law school, Sarah served as the President of the Intellectual Property Student Organization and was a judicial intern for Magistrate Judges K. Nicole Mitchell and Caroline M. Craven, both in the Eastern District of Texas. Sarah also served as an intern for the United States Patent and Trademark Division - Dallas.

Sarah practices both litigation and transactional law. Her practice includes intellectual property, agriculture law, civil litigation, landlord/tenant, and insurance law.
