Tal handles a variety of civil and litigation matters. He represents clients in business litigation, personal injury litigation, both Plaintiff and Defense, medical malpractice suits and family law matters. He also provides estate planning and handles probate and estate administration.

Tal has practiced in the Galveston/Houston area since graduating from law school in 1995 and joined the Mills Shirley Clear Lake office in 2007. He has been active in Galveston County Bar as well as the State Bar and has frequently been a speaker at seminars aimed at helping young lawyers meet the demands of their new career. He has also acted as an Adjunct Professor at South Texas College of Law, teaching a medical malpractice class in 2004 and 2005.
