Robert is a member of the firm's Litigation section, providing representation in complex and high stakes civil litigation. He has been recognized as a 2010 Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Texas Young Lawyers Association and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel. His areas of emphasis include commercial litigation, construction disputes, personal injury, professional liability litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, property taxes and premises liability. He joined Mills Shirley in 2003 after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law where Robert was Chair of the Texas Union Board of Directors and an editor for the Texas Review of Law & Politics.
