Lindsay joined Mills Shirley in 2009 after graduating from Baylor Law School where she served on the Baylor advocacy team. She is a member of the firm's transactional section, focusing primarily on business transactions, business formation, real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant issues. She is also active in the firm's probate and estate planning section.
