Keith joined the San Antonio office of Mills Shirley in 2010 after practicing for many years in the Galveston area. He is involved primarily in complex litigation related to design and construction projects. His clients include architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, subcontractors and materials suppliers throughout the South and Central Texas area. Keith is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association Contruction Law Section and involved in a number of San Antonio organizations devoted to the construction industry.

Keith also has significant experience in areas of estate planning and probate administration, commercial litigation and business transactional matters.
