George specializes in appellate litigation, federal civil, and governmental litigation, and is licensed in both Texas and Hawai'i. George has been Board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995. He has served as lead counsel in more than 220 appellate cases. His record includes numerous published Texas and Fifth Circuit decisions. As an appellate attorney, George also provides assistance to Mills Shirley trial counsel and to other law firms with summary judgment, jury charge, and post-verdict issues.
